Each SEC Project Type has specific data elements for which values must be supplied for the SEC to accurately identify the submitted filing. Incorrect or missing data could cause the filing to be suspended. Note that not all elements shown are required. Values associated with the company profile, such as filing codes, are pre-filled and cannot be changed on this page. Please contact your company administrator or RDG Filings if company profile updates are needed.
Required Values
Anything specific to the project’s form type will need to be filled out, such as reporting period and item numbers for an 8-K. To add or modify data on the EDGAR Submission page, click in a field in the Value column and add the required data. Make sure to press Save Filing Values before leaving the page to apply any changes to the submission values. Press Cancel or click on another page to continue without saving updates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A filing suspension will result if the main body of the project is not opened and saved after filing values are saved.
If required fields are missing, the number of missing items will show in a red reminder bubble on the EDGAR Submission page label. Add values to any red-shaded fields and press Save Filing Values to clear the reminder bubble. The number of required fields varies based on form type.
About Notification Email Addresses
Email addresses in this field will receive acceptance or suspension status notifications from the SEC for this filing. Multiple addresses can be added for a filing on a per-project basis.
Notification email addresses added at the company-profile level apply to all filings created thereafter. Please contact your company administrator or RDG Filings to update company profile settings.
