The SEC has transitioned to a new system, EDGAR Next, which modernized how companies submit filings and
manage their EDGAR accounts. The new EDGAR Next Filer Management website and dashboard went live March 24, 2025.

The EDGAR Next compliance deadline was September 15, 2025.
If you have not enrolled and lost your filing access, you can enroll until December 19, 2025* to regain ability to file.
*A valid CCC and Passphrase are required to use the SEC‘s enrollment tool. If you do not have these codes, a Form ID is required.
