Quick Access to the Web Add-in

If you already accessed and loaded the Web Add-in for Excel, use the easy steps below to add it to your quick access toolbar in Excel. This shortcut will allow you to quickly open the add-in if it isn’t showing when you open Excel.

Create a Quick Access Button

1. Right-click anywhere on the ribbon and choose Customize the Ribbon.

2. Change to Quick Access Toolbar in the menu on the left, then choose All Commands from the command selection. Find My Add-ins in the list, select it, and press the Add>> option in the middle.

3. Once you’ve added it to your quick access toolbar, make sure there is a checkmark in Show Quick Access Toolbar. Click OK.

Use Quick Access Anytime

Now you’ll be able to open the add-in from your ribbon using the dropdown arrow.
