Accession Number – A unique 10-digit number that identifies your submission. The number can be used to inquire about the status of the submission. It does not indicate that the filing has been accepted.

CIK – Central Index Key; a unique 10-digit filer identification number assigned by SEC. The CIK does not expire.

Dashboard – The first page seen after logging in to ThunderDome; also, the main page where all company projects are listed.

Defined Table – In Excel, a specified data range identified as a table, for the purpose of embedding in an HTML document.

Description – The informal project name or document name; for internal reference and not submitted to SEC.

Dimension – Technical term for axis.

Document – In ThunderDome® Editor, the HTML rendering of a form.

HTML – HyperText Markup Language is the standard markup language for documents intended to be displayed on a web browser.

Inline XBRL – Structured data language that allows filers to prepare a single document that is both human-readable and machine-readable by embedding the XBRL data directly into the filing.

Name Manager – In Excel, on the Formulas ribbon, the button opens a dialogue box for editing defined ranges.

Project Folder – The stored images uploaded to or imported with a project document

Structural Changes – Modifications to the defined area of a linked table in Excel.
