Reset Password and CCC

Requirements

To use this process, you must have:

  • Access to the EDGAR POC email — If you do not have access to the email or knowledge of the contact person, please reach out to RDG Filings for assistance.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Sign in to the new EDGAR Filer Management website. Scroll down and select Request a password and CCC reset token.

2. Enter the CIK of the EDGAR account and a reason for update (e.g., “forgot my CCC”). Select REQUEST TOKEN.

Within a few minutes, the EDGAR POC should receive an email containing a security token for the CIK you entered. The security token expires in 60 minutes.

4. Return to the EDGAR Filer Management website, scroll down and select Reset password and CCC.

5. Enter the information shown on the screen:

– CIK
– security token number from the email
– desired password, then type again to confirm
– desired CCC, then type again to confirm

Select RESET PASSWORD AND CCC.

6. EDGAR will return an accession number to confirm your password and CCC have been updated.

Before enrolling in EDGAR Next – The passphrase needs to be updated if it has not been reset since September 2019. See Reset Passphrase.
