Account Settings

The below image shows default account settings. Company administrators may access all settings on this page, while standard users will only see the bottom portion of the page.

1 – Account is enabled: Leave box checked to keep account active. Deselect when disabling account.
2 – Two-Factor Authentication: Check to enforce stricter login security. Usually reserved for IT department requirements.
3 – Receive Announcements: For RDG site-related announcements only, not SEC notifications.
4 – Reminder to download XBRL after SEC acceptance: This setting prompts an email reminder to XBRL Reviewers.
5 – Reminder email if you have un-addressed comments in a project on portal: Customize the frequency of email reminders for un-addressed comments.

To complete user setup, continue to the “Permissions” tab.
