Our Account Administration Services

Let us help with the details. We offer ongoing administrative and technical support for EDGAR Next throughout the year, including:

  • CCC updates
  • Adding/removing users or administrators
  • Managing delegations
  • Filing token setup and maintenance
  • RDG16 and ThunderDome® token management
  • Annual CIK confirmation

Fees

Ongoing account administration is $100 per CIK annually, billed on the anniversary month of role assignment

If RDG completed the EDGAR Next enrollment on your behalf and has remained an account administrator, there will be a $100 annual fee per CIK for account administration.

we didn’t list you during enrollment or on the Form ID. can RDG Filings still be an account administrator?

Yes, to do so, please add RDG as an administrator via the EDGAR filer management dashboard. If RDG is listed as an account administrator on the EDGAR account, there will be a $100 annual fee per CIK.

NOTE: RDG does not have to be an account administrator to file using our solutions; only delegation is required. Adding RDG as an account administrator does not replace delegating RDG to file on your behalf. 

Instructions: Add an Account Administrator (quick steps are below)

  1. Log in to EDGAR Filer Management.
  2. Navigate to My Accounts.
  3. Select your company under Filer Name.
  4. Click on Manage Individuals and press the Add Individual button.
  5. Enter the email address edgaradmin@rdgfilings.com.
  6. Select the Account Administrator and Technical Administrator checkboxes.
  7. Press Add Individual.
