Additional Options
R-Tag All Changes: Check this box to automatically mark changes with Revision Tags for certain documents as required by the SEC. Read more about Revision Tags. R-tags will only be added from the time the setting is applied.
Period: This date is pre-filled from the Reporting Period on the EDGAR Submission page. Reporting period might be required depending on the form type or might be okay to leave blank. Add or update the period of report on the EDGAR Submission page if needed.
Estimated Filing Date: This is an optional date field that might be helpful for reference but will not affect filing values or project properties.
Mark as Filed: This checkbox updates the project status, so it only appears with “Filed” projects on the Dashboard. Project status is automatically updated to “Filed” upon SEC acceptance.
Training Project: Check this box to create a project that is like other projects except that it cannot be filed with the SEC. The ability to transmit the project live to the SEC is blocked.
Archive Project: Check this box to move the project out of the default Dashboard view and show only when the status is set to Archived.
Delete Project: A deleted project is removed permanently. Consider archiving the project if it might be needed in the future. RDG does not restore deleted projects.
