Link a File in Three Easy Steps
Easily link a new Excel to your project anytime with just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Use ThunderDome’s Web Add-in to define tables and upload the Excel file. A confirmation message appears in Excel when the upload is complete. Upload time is usually less than a minute but could take longer for exceptionally large files or slow connections.
Step 2: Once the upload is complete, log in to ThunderDome and open the project that should be linked to the Excel file. Click the Excel Uploads page link.
Step 3: Click the row with the newly uploaded file name and press Link to Project, then OK to confirm. The file is linked and ready to have tables and facts embedded into the document.
